He was predeceased by: his parents, William Olen and Loy Florence Burgess (Gaskill); and his brother Gary Burgess. He is survived by: his wife Paula Kay Raulston; his sons, Bret (Amanda), Josh Brush (Rebecca) and Scott (Alex); his grandchildren, Olivia, Jaxson, Katelyn and Ryder; his sisters, Debra Kuehn and Mellissa Harris (Donald); his mother-in-law Anna Raulston; and his siblings-in-law, Levon Raulston (Karen) and Ruth Miller (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
