With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maurice Williams of Itasca, Texas, born in Hamilton, Texas, who passed away on October 20, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Christopher and Ethel Williams (McClintock); his sister-in-law Marie Moore (Johnson); and his wife Geraldine "Dean" Davis. He is survived by: his siblings, Lee Young, Ernest Weldon, Henry Burnell, William Christopher Jr., Martha Frances and Floy Ethelene; his nephew Kenneth Davis (Gloria); his niece Karen Brackin (David); his great-nephew Harley Davis (Sherry); his granddaughters, Tracy Barnes (John) of Chandler, Texas and Candice Moore (Kevin) of Kerrville, Texas.; his stepchildren, Betty McClung, Jerrie Swann (Gilbert) and Kenneth Moore of Alabama; and also, Nolan of Itasca and Joseph Davis of Itasca. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
