She is survived by: her children, Robert John Valderas (Adela), Lupe Macias (Alfonso), Sally Panting (Juan) and Lucia Chavarria (Bruno). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.
