He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Harper and Frances Janet Tapp (Combest); and his brother Bill Tapp. He is survived by: his wife Sue Tapp; his children, Brian Keith Tapp (Macye), Clayton Harper Tapp (Katherine), Amy Michelle Haselden (Michael) and Paulene Sue Brown; his sister-in-law Betty Fillis (Billy); his grandchildren, Macy, Devon, Bailey, Isabella, Joyce, John, Edward, Cassandra, Sarah, Michael, Ayden, Nathan, Addyson, Matthew, Timothy, Luke and Levi; and his niece Christina Tapp.
