He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Arellano and Mercedes Arellano; and his brothers, Jimmy Arellano and Raymond Arellano. He is survived by: his children, Frank Arellano, Jr., Garrett Arellano, Skye Arellano and Emma Grace Arellano; and his siblings, Albert Arellano, Jr., Freddy Arellano, Tony Arellano, Sr., Mercy Arellano and Sally Arellano. He is also survived by grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
