With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Brackin of Itasca, Texas, who passed away on July 28, 2021 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Charles Tekell and Wesley Brackin. He is survived by: his parents, Regi Brackin and Sandra Brackin of Arlington; his wife Martha Ruth Waters Brackin; his daughters, Gillian Rose Brackin and Hannah Ruth Brackin of Itasca; his siblings, Alaina Aday (Jeff) of Midlothian and Michael Brackin (Hannah) of Bryan; his parents-in-law, Michael and Mary Waters; his nieces and nephews, Madeleine Rush Hale, Farryn Nicole Aday, Adalynn Paige Aday, Katherine Grace Hale, Kase Michael Brackin, Katie Hill Brackin, Mallory Mae Singer, Myles Wayne Brackin, Macey Rose Brackin and Beau Wesley Brackin; his grandmothers, Rebecca Tekell of Itasca and Rose Marie Brackin of Itasca; and also, Michelle, Bryan Hale, Melissa Waters and Matt Singer. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.

Donations honoring David may be made to Walnut Street Missionary Baptist Church.
