He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Kirton and Netta Lee Kirton; his wife Alyssa Kirton; and his sister Irma Alsup. He is survived by: his children, Libby Jones (Clayton) of Mesa, AZ, Rick Dodd (Tanya) of Tempe, AZ, Joey Kirton (Laura) of Italy, TX, Rob May of Italy, TX, Chris May of Cleburne, TX and Brett Kirton of Italy, TX; and his brother John Kirton (Peggy) of Lindale, TX.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and several special nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Lyall's honor to the American Cancer Society.
