Lucille Ann (Lucy) Rogers Obituary
Lucille (Lucy) Ann Rogers, 67, of Italy, Texas passed away on October 8, 2022.
Lucy was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on June 28, 1954, to the late James and Elaine Bernhagen. Lucy grew up in Mesquite and graduated from Mesquite High School in 1972. She lived in Tawakoni for many years moving to Italy 5 years ago. Lucy was of the Baptist faith. She loved to have fun and was an outgoing person. She loved her grandchildren with all her heart. At Christmas time Lucy always went all out with decorations everywhere and more food than anyone could eat and gifts for everyone. She loved having all her family together. Lucy also enjoyed watching I Love Lucy and telling stories.
Lucy leaves behind her children, Jayson Thedford and wife Laura, Michael Thedford, Jamey Deal and husband Michael; brothers, Mark Bernhagen, Mike Berhagen, Jack Bernhagen, Eric Berhagen, Andy Bernhagen, and James Bernhagen; 14 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends.
Lucy is preceded in death by her parents James and Elaine Bernhagen.
Funeral services for Lucille (Lucy). Ann Rogers will be held on Friday, October 14, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Mullin-Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point, Texas. Lucy was one of a kind and she will be missed dearly.
