He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Torres Zapata; his children, Rosa Perez and Victor Zapata; his stepchildren, Rachel Chavez and Gabriela Pereyda; his grandchildren, Lillianna, Mateo, Zoi, Maddax, Julian, Jaime Jr., Cruz, Armando, Matthew and Carlos; his great grandchild Alice Marie; his father Natalio Zapata; and his brother Rudy Zapata. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
