He is survived by: his wife Billye Windham; his children, Joe Windham, Jr. (Andrea), Jody Windham, Tammy Compton (Ray) and Traci Mills (Toby); his grandchildren, Nicole Davis, David Wiggins, Heather Owens, Cassity Windham Odom, Casey, Courtney May, Drew Windham, Joseph Windham, Randi, Lindsey Shuart, Ty Windham, Laiken and Brannon Windham; and his great grandchildren, Madie, Wade, Aubrie, Cade, Grayton Joe, Walker Joe, Nash, Chase, Carter, Cash, Slayton and Baby Windham.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Italy Cemetery (210 N Couch St, Italy, TX 76651).
