It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Altha McNeely (Italy, Texas), born in Borger, Texas, who passed away on October 4, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Lee Williams (Jack) and Gladys Elizabeth McWilliams Williams; her husband Roy Gene McNeely; her sons, Steven Scott and Donald Roy; her grandmother Florence Altha McWilliams; her stepsister Nina Jo Groark (Martin); her stepfather J. E. Hoover (Jaybird); her siblings-in-law, Archie McNeely, Bill McNeely, Willie Pearl McNeely, Evelyn Joyce McNeely and Mary Joyce McNeely; and her son-in-law Joe Coffman.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Coffman of Italy; her granddaughter Tracy McNeely (Lynn Hayes); her stepgranddaughters, Paula Coffman of Athens, Vicki Coffman of Italy and Michele Garner of Ennis; her great grandchildren, Dustin Dunlevy of McKinney, Jeana Graham of Waxahachie and Jennifer (Matthew Parra) of Italy; and her stepgreat-grandsons, Frank Garner of Ennis, David Garner of Meridian and Joe Mack Pitts (Alexandra) of Arlington. She is also survived by many great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and friends.
