He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Hawk and Edna Hawk (Wilson); his wife Debra Bynum; and his brother Lloyd Hawk. He is survived by: his brothers, Gene Hawk of Des Moines and David Hawk of Irving. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Powers Funeral Home (104 W Main St, Laurens, IA 50554). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Washington Cemetery.
