She was predeceased by: her parents, Stonewall Jackson Reding and Willie M. Reding (Wilkerson); her husband Carroll Joseph Howard; her daughter Carol Lynne Howard; and her brothers, Kenneth "Chunk" Reding and Bill Reding.
She is survived by: her son Larry Howard (Joyce) of Princeton; her siblings, Jack Reding (Gene) of Denton and Nathia Summers of Irving; her grandchildren, Dondi Johnston (Shaun) of Princeton, Aimee Brown and The Chad of The Colony; and her great grandchildren, Bria, Kadin, Savannah, Dylan, Leighla, Nobilei and Aiden.
