He is survived by: his mother Loretta Oates; his siblings, Timmy Oates (Kristi), Kevin Oates and Lynne Oates; his nieces and nephews, Destiny Morales (River), Stacie Milburn (Jessy), Trevor Oates, Tanner Oates, Cole Cathey, Bradley Payne and Christian Oates; his great-nephew Yamill Marcano; and his great-nieces, Teddy Morales, Loretta Milburn and Alice Milburn.
