He is survived by: his mother Oweta Powell Bowman; his wife Glenda Ann Cottengim; his children, Brandon Bowman (Kristina), Grant Bowman and Marissa Bowman (Issac); his granddaughters, Elizabeth and Danielle Bowman; his brother Kevin Bowman (Carmen); his nephew Scott; and his niece Kylie Bowman. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
He served as a deacon with Meadowbrook Baptist Church in Irving, Texas and was known for his contributions to technology with sound and media within the church.
