He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Tamara Escudero and Richard Jr. (Sherrie); his son-in-law Jose Escudero; his grandchildren, Halie Greene (Clayson), Mikhayla Smith, Tatiana Escudero, Joshua Escudero and Kody Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Camdyn Greene.

In the end the complications from Covid and Pneumonia were too much.
