She was predeceased by: her parents, R. C. Bates (Bob) and Delores Bates. She is survived by: her children, Tonya (Ben Steiner), Craig Cannon (Valerie) and Brittany (Caleb Hall); her granddaughters, Hadley, Hayden and Leslie; and her brothers, Jerry Bates (Jenny) and Terry Bates. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
