He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Johnnie Welborn and Naomi Welborn; his sons, Chad, Steve and Ronald "Craig" Welborn Sr.; his wife Ola Jean Cooper; his grandchildren, Krista, Jonathan, Tasia, Jennifer, Ronald Jr., Josh Welborn and Bryan Ledbetter Sr.; his great grandchildren, Bryan Ledbetter Jr., Ella Harper, Renessmae Robins and Kaci-Lee Marie; and his sisters, Twila Work, Delphine Draper and Margie James.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (606 W Airport Fwy, Irving, TX 75062).
