He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Anderson, Vernamae Smith, Clyde Ray Pence (Donna) and Ethel May Pence; and his brother-in-law Shawn Franke.

He is survived by: his parents, Clyde E. and Mary N. Pence (Smith); his sisters, Jessica Schmid (Tim) and Julie Franke; and his nieces and nephews, Hunter, Olivia, Macy and Cassidy.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Newcomer's Noland Road Chapel (509 S Noland Rd, Independence, MO 64050).
