She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Hill and Elnita Hill; her sister Linda Hurley (Larry); and her son Jeff Rowe. She is survived by: her husband James Rowe; her children, Jim Rowe, Jason Rowe (Kelly) and Jill Rowe; her grandchildren, Bennett, Justin, Jared (Meghan), Zach, Olivia and Jackson; and also James Rowe.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Pilot Point Community Cemetery (600 N Prairie St, Pilot Point, TX 76258).
