She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur E. Mires and Bettye D. Mires. She is survived by: her family, Tiffany and Jason Ogletree; her great-niece Londyn; her great-nephew Kingston of Prosper; her family, Gerald H. and Melissa Van Blarcum; and her great-nephews, Hotchie and Oliver of Prosper. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Memorials can be made in her name to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, American Cancer Society, and or Bent Tree Bible Fellowship Church.
