He was predeceased by: his parents, William Francis Meadows and Sarah Ann Meadows; and his siblings, Herman, James, Harry, Hank Meadows, Betty Charles and Judy Meadows.

He is survived by: his wife Maria E Meadows; his daughters, Donna J Cauley (Jason Cauley) and JoAnne Meadows-Custer (Michael Custer); his grandsons, Scott Cauley (Jeffrey Rudrick), Ian Cauley and Ethan Custer; his brothers, Jerry Meadows and Eddie Meadows; his siblings-in-law, Lovella Meadows, Bernice Meadows, Alice Meadows, Conforita Cruz, Guadalupe Cruz and Fidencio Martinez; and his friends, Paul James and Isabell Martinez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
