She was predeceased by: her parents, John Coufal, Jr. and Vlasta Kalenda Coufal; her brother Stanley Coufal of Waco; and her husband Bill Haynes. She is survived by: her children, Michelle H. Edwards of Charlotte and Randall Reed Haynes of Irving; and her grandsons, John T. Edwards of Charlotte and Joshua Daniel Reed Haynes of Lewisville, Texas.. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
