She is survived by: her sons, Richard Thomas Civitarese, Jr. (Amber) of Irving and Anthony Charles Civitarese (Kristina) of Greenfield, Indiana.; her grandchildren, Dillon Civitarese, Tyler Civitarese, Courtney Civitarese and Nicole Civitarese; her great grandchildren, Eva Civitarese, Silas Civitarese and Isabelle Smith; and her siblings, Charles Miller, Janet Gardner and Ronald Miller.
