Betty Jo Henry Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Jo Henry (Irving, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 9, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Henry Lampton and Mattie Adams; and her siblings, Ethel, Thelma, Mary, Harry, Henry, Lester, Willa Dean and Frances.
She is survived by: her sons, A. W. Reeder (Peggy) of Seagoville, TX and Benny Reeder (Paulette) of Glen Heights, TX.; her grandsons, Aaron Reeder (Stephanie) and Patrick Reeder (Melissa Vance); her great grandchildren, Erin and Ember; her niece Connie Evans (Charles); her nephew Jim Lampton (Cindy); her great-niece Kelly Fuller; her great-nephew Craig Russell; and her close friends, John and Jean North. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oak View Baptist Church (1004 S Story Rd, Irving, TX 75060). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
