She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence "Peck" Phillips and Veleta Phillips; and her sisters, Loretta and Becky (Jim Storey). She is survived by: her daughter Rene; her son-in-law Nathan; her grandchildren, Jill, Brandon (Kirstin) and Jordan; and her pet Samantha. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, extended family/friends.
