He is survived by: his children, Scott Barnett, Clay Barnett (Tory), Sally and Alyssa Barnett; his sisters, Kathy Genzer and Becky Wilson; his grandchildren, Dylan Barnett, Megan Dewoody, Haley Barnett, Scarlett Barnett, Chris Jones, Landon Burdette, Hunter Barnett and Erin Fiorentino; and his great-niece Allyson "Trouble" Genzer.

Donations and Memorials in Randal's name may be donated to Hospice of South Texas in Victoria, Texas.
