He is survived by: his wife Hedy Leyendekker of Hico; his stepdaughter Nelly DiCiccio (Rusty) of Hico; his grandsons, John Luke and Matthew; his stepsons, Sidney Leyendekker (Lauren) of Stephenville, Steve Leyendekker and Cody Leyendekker; his sister Henriette van (Hans) of Grootevheen; his niece Esther; his nephew Thomas; his sister Riet van Burgsteden (Herman) of The Netherlands; his niece Lisa; his nephews, Joost and Lucas; and his brother Fred DeRidder (late Sonica) of Australia. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
