He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark E. Bowman and Bobbie Gosdin Bowman Pike; and his brother Ricky Bowman. He is survived by: his daughter Stacy Boatman (Michael); his sister Virginia Shattuck (Fred); and his grandchildren, Cynthia Ayala (Andrew), Michael Boatman, Tiffany Salazar (Luke), Stephanie Grant (Travis) and Steven Odom (Ellen). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and numerous other family members.
