He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his children, Michael Rance Phillips, Jr. (Beth) of Iredell, David Bradley Phillips (Allison) of Iredell and Judy Michelle Phillips Kelly (David) of Fort Worth; his stepchildren, Britton Coan, Bridget White (William), Larry Clark (Jenn) and Breezey Clark; and his cousin Joe David Fouts. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives.
