He is survived by: his wife Gwyn Allen; his father-in-law Rex Parker; his children, Terri Lynn Allen, Felicia Marie Carmoney, Gary Dean Allen, Samuel Edward Allen, Shane Jeremy Allen and Jennifer Renee Moreno (Humberto); his grandchildren, Baileigh D'nae and Gabriel James Moreno; his siblings, JD Allen (Alma) and Jackie Allen Barlett (Alan); his nieces, Rosalinda, Monica, Pamela and Gabby; and his nephew Moses.
