She was predeceased by: her parents, O. O. Posey and Frankie Gunnels Posey; and her siblings, Pat Wilson, Juanita Posey and Roy Posey.
She is survived by: her husband Sammy McFadden; her children, Sammy Lee McFadden, Kathy of Wichita Falls, Billy McFadden of Iowa Park, Clifton McFadden and Katrina of Iowa Park; her grandchildren, Austin McFadden, Roxie, Makena Delgado, Stephen, Josh McFadden, Sydney Bolin, Josh Martinez, Angelica, Ashleigh McCord, Jared, Matt McFadden, Quinten McFadden, Candace Carter, Kase, Samuel McFadden, Halleigh and Jayden Parsons; and her siblings, Gary Posey (Nancy) and Linda Vaughn (Rick). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
