He is survived by: his parents, Billy Maxwell and Rosa Leal; his friend Coni; his wife Coni; his children, Elyssa Leal, Logan Leal and Akela Leal; and his brothers, Matthew Leal (Donna), Dillon Maxwell and Billy Maxwell Jr. (Ruthie). He is also survived by family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Owens and Brumley Funeral Home (1317 9th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301).
