He is survived by: his children, Jeff Wilson, Jacqueline Gilmore, Glenn Tucker, Carol Kindsfather, Michael Green, Jr. and Elissa Berefsky; his brother Kirby Green; his sister-in-law Deborah Calhoun Green; his nieces, Brook, Brandi, Kristina and Jennifer; his nephew Britt; his grandchildren, Jessica, Karissa, Alyson, Haylee, Riley, Ian, Leann, Eric and Heather; and his great grandchildren, Josiah, Greysen, Emerie, Connor, Caylie, Claire and Carter.
