He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Puckett and Carol Nichols of Iowa Park, Texas; his son Joshua Wayne Puckett; and his grandson Eric Joshua Wade. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Wade (Steven) of Wichita Falls and Amber Cabrera of Magnolia, Texas.; his grandchildren, Ashlynn Cabrera, Ally Cabrera, Chance Wade, Alyssa Cabrera, Aaron Wade, Anzleigh Cabrera, Sj Wade and Atley Puckett-Jones; and his siblings, Debbie Guthrie of Wichita Falls, Bobby Puckett of Fort Wingate, Kenneth Puckett of Iowa Park, Melissa Carroll of Iowa Park and Teresa Lackey (Jeff) of Keller, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Burkburnett Funeral Home (1101 Sheppard Rd, Burkburnett, TX 76354).
