He was predeceased by: his parents, William McKinley and Janie Elizabeth Frazier (Cunningham) of Narrows, Virginia.; his wife Dorothy Rose Moore; and his siblings, Russell, William "Bill", Jr., Lee Ray Frazier, Rathma Johnston, Nedra Huffman, Janis Cochran and Peggy Price.
He is survived by: his children, Gary (Susan) of Houston, James Jr. (Maureen) of Burkburnett, Greg (Debbie) of Horseshoe Bay, Jody Fountain of Wichita Falls, Daryl (Nancy) of Burkburnett, Debra Habeck (Bruce) of Iowa Park and Stephanie Castleman (Bobby) of Montgomery; his grandchildren, Heather, Jay, DeeLynn, Christina, Joe, Lauren, Stevi, Josh, Wes, Erin, Brant, Kati, Jenna and Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Madeline, Carlisle, Aydan, Miles, Elsie, Laney, Kenzie, Dean, Jett, Hudson, Piper, Karli, Marli, Jolee, Lily, Caroline, Fox and Briggs.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Plus of Wichita Falls in the name of Jim and Dot Frazier.
