He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Wayne and Peggy Sue Collins (Jones). He is survived by: his wife Diana Collins; his children, Jim Collins and Elizabeth Miller (Josh); his grandchildren, Zoe, Samuel, Brooklyn and Logan Miller; and his siblings, David Collins (Cindy), Bobby Collins (Kari) and Brenda Lee (Robin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
