He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Belle (Bruton) and Charles Lee Scarbrough; his siblings, Otis Scarbrough, Clarence Scarbrough, Odessa Ice and Clara Nagle; his wife Bettie Scarbrough; and his son Jerry Scarbrough.
He is survived by: his children, Wade Scarbrough (Candace Corky Scarbrough), Charla and Karen Ammerman of Fort Worth, TX; his daughter-in-law Diana Scarbrough of Wichita Falls; and his grandchildren, Derek Scarbrough (Janna), Lance Scarbrough (Holly), Kirk Scarbrough, Josh Scarbrough (Sheena), Emily Scarbrough, Haley Collins (Billy), Malory Rinderly (Kyle) and Dustin Ammerman. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
