She is survived by: her husband David Michael Humphrey; her daughter Monica June Horton; her sons-in-law, Ricky Horton and Gregg Cope; her brothers, Charles and Sam Connally; her brother-in-law Gary Humphrey; her grandchildren, Sawyer, Ethan Horton, Dalton, Jarrett Hilley and Kendall Cope; and her great grandchildren, Elena and Jackson Hilley.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Grace Church or Hospice of Wichita Falls, 4909 Johnson Rd., Wichita Falls, TX 76310.
