She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Archlus and Hazel Splawn (Starcher); her husband Charles "Charlie" Hughes; and her brothers, Leon Splawn and Jim Nicholas.
She is survived by: her sons, Joe (Patti Hughes) and Dale (Janet Hughes); her sister Barbara; her brother-in-law Leroy Hickerson of Amarillo, Texas; her grandchildren, Shellye (Greg Sullivan), Sharla Hughes, Jason Hughes, Ashley (Tommy Gonzales), David Roach and Kimberly Harris; her great grandchildren, Madison, Nathan Jacobi, Mason Sullivan, Bryson Sullivan, Caden Catlin, Kelsie Catlin, Laurie Roach, Kaylie Roach, Bryon Roach, Tommy Gonzales and Joey Gonzales; and her great great grandchildren, Charlotte Jacobi and Augustine Jacobi. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.
