She was predeceased by: her parents, Kit Coats and Eula May Coats (Ingram). She is survived by: her children, Jackie Kennedy, Faye Gross (Rick) and James Sims (Carol); her sister Glennis Blum; and her close friend Leverne Owens. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Alma's name to Hospice of Wichita Falls, or the Friendly Door of Iowa Park.
