He is survived by: his wife Marguerite Balanga; his children, William Balanga, Charles Dominic, Sheila and Phillip Henri; and his grandchildren, Paul Henri (Cosmina), Alyson (Luis Manriques), Dominic (Denielle), Candice (Bryan Rivera), Danielle (Casey Hunt), Matthew Smith, Crystal, Jonathan and Amber. He is also survived by grandchildren; as well as several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hillier Funeral Home (4080 Hwy 6, College Station, TX 77845). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Hillier Funeral Home of College Station (4080 Texas 6 Frontage Rd, College Station, TX 77845, USA).
