He is survived by: his mother Rikky Sue Howlett (Plant) of Yoakum; his children, Richard Howlett, Jr. (Terry Hooper) of Iola and Christina Marie Howlett of Mission; his siblings, Kenneth Robert Howlett (Dawn) of Wisconsin, Royal Gene Howlett of Liberty, Shane Davis Howlett of San Angelo, Charles Matthew Padgett Alfred (Terrie) of Yoakum and Mitsy Lea Lang of Iola; his grandchildren, Wyatt Vance Howlett, Kelly Hooper and Maxamus Lee Schneider; and his girlfriend Renee Stacy of Bedias. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and extended family.
