He is survived by: his wife Marta Pointer; his children, Alec (Crystal Pointer), Ray Pointer, Jr., Corey Pointer (Jennifer Morris) and Haley Pointer; his granddaughter Ava; and his siblings, Hazel West, Johnny Clinton Pointer (Junior), Byron (Moon), Belinda Pointer, Jean, Earl Spicer, Wanda, Jerry Vinton, Carol, Sam Walkoviak, Paula Tuck, Linda Pointer and George Bess, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
