He is survived by: his wife Joan Lera Seigler Boren; and his children, Laura Laney (David Laney), Sandra Cernovich (Brad Cernovich), Doug Boren Jr. (Cindy Boren), Lisa Boren and Jennifer Barfknecht (Jayson Barfknecht). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
