With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Contessa Clae Shive (Iola, Texas), born in Bryan, Texas, who passed away on September 21, 2022 at the age of 13. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kara Shive of Singleton and Jeffery Shive; her siblings, Cadence, Cotulla, Cavenlea and Charis; her grandparents, Bill, Tracy Shive of Navasota, Janie Batts of Fort Worth, Ray, Vickie Tucker of Morton, Connie Tucker of Carrollton, Kenny and Jorja Kimball of College Station; her great-grandparents, Nelda, Bo Shive, Joe Mike Batts, Jane Pender Batts, Doris, Ray Marcum, Opal and Burgess Tucker; her grandfathers, Rodrick Hayes and Joseph Mirisciotti; and her great-aunt Laura Imhoff. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, The Tessa Shive Memorial Scholarship fund has been created in her honor. Donations can be dropped off at any Citizen's State Bank or mailed to Citizen's State Bank, PO, Box 908, Navasota, Texas 77868.
