He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Manley Vaughan and Lena Elizabeth Loan Vaughan. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Vaughan; his daughter Sally West (Rob West); his granddaughter Sara West; his son Bill Vaughan (Kathryn Vaughan); his grandson Will Vaughan; and his son Todd Vaughan.
