He was predeceased by: his parents, Layonna Browning Price and Edgar Leroy Price; his sister Norma Shultz; his nephew Tommy Shultz; and his sister Myra Nell Price.
He is survived by: his wife Celina Engle; his children, Stephen Price, Brendan Price and Sharon Price Hyland; his grandchildren, Hayden and Arden Price; his nieces, Sandie Shultz, Laurie Shultz Mann and Katie DeMent; his great-nephew Ron; his great-niece Leah Engle; and also Karen.
