He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Richard and Shirley Richard. He is survived by: his wife Lisa. He is also survived by two daughters, one son and eleven grandchildren.

Steve has directed that memorials may be given to Haven on the Rock, 560 Rim Rock, Fort Laramie, WY 82212.
