He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Grace Gillen; and his grandfather Robert Neel. He is survived by: his parents, Suzanne Neel Riddle and Morris Riddle; his brother Zachary Neel (Hailey); his grandmother Gloria Neel; his great-grandparents, E. B. Gillen, A. C. and Mary Neel; and his aunts and uncles, Jason (Rebecca Neel), Rebecca Gillen, Raymond (Elaine Gillen), Ruth (Dean Remmers), Kevin (Becky Harrison) and Calvin (Cynthia Neel).
He was an active member of Impact Christian Fellowship youth group in Kerrville, and had planned to attend his first missions trip with the group before COVID-19 interfered, and the trip was postponed.
